The Samsung S7220 Ultra b is a 3.5G handset with a 5MP shooter and GPS support. Weighing at only 88 grams, the handset comes equipped with a standard 2.2-inch 240 x 320 pixel OLED panel, and WiFi. Its 5MP camera also adopts flash and autofocus, panoramic capture function, smile detection, macro capabilities, image stabilization, and red-eye reduction. The Samsung Ultra b / S7220 is able to play MP3, AAC and MPEG4 file formats and can be synchronized with Windows Media Player on a PC or laptop. Other features include an FM radio, stereo Bluetooth, microSD expandable memory, USB 2.0 connectivity, flight mode and Java support.
Nokia E55 Receives New Color

Nokia has decided to give new color for the Nokia’s E55 that was released last week. The handset is now available in black, white, and a new red color. This ultra thin smartphone is touted as “the world’s most compact messaging device”. It runs on Symbian S60 3.2 Edition and features Wi-Fi, a 2.4 inch QVGA display with 16 million colors, digital compass, a 3.5mm headset jack and a 3.2MP autofocus camera. It also packs a 1500 mAh battery that provides up to 8 hours of talk-time or up to 30 days of stand-by time. The red model will retail for €265.
Vodafone launches new range of mobiles at MWC

Vodafone has launched a new range of handsets, including its “most affordable” ever and its first own branded consumer GPS handset.
The Vodafone 835 is Vodafone’s first consumer 3G mobile phone with built-in GPS made specifically for the Vodafone Find and Go navigation application and it will be available this spring on contract.

LG Releases New Candybar Handset

Toshiba TG01 mobile phone debuts

Trying to pip the crowds at mobile phone expo, Mobile World Congress, Toshiba has announced a new phone that promises to “revolutionise the mobile entertainment world”.
Saying that it “has listened” to what consumers want, the company has announced the TG01 – a slim 4.1-inch wide VGA touchscreen handset that is 9.9mm thick.
“We’ve taken all the technology from our TVs and put that into the screen”, said the company’s manager for UK and Ireland.

It seems that Samsung is serious in the dual SIM cell phone market. The Korean giant has recently introduced the new Samsung B5702 phone that supports dual SIM and has no touchscreen display. Sadly, there is no further info about this slider phone. We hope that Samsung will announce the B5702 at Mobile World Congress 2009.
